RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales via www.dauphinesofnewyork.com are final. Due to the fact that many styles are made-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, and all orders are FINAL SALE. Albeit, we aim to assure you are satisfied with your purchase, and; therefore, we offer EXCHANGE OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of confirmed receipt of item. 

Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer exchange on items purchased on sale. All sale styles are FINAL SALE, no exchanges, no exceptions. 

Your original purchase must be returned in new and unworn condition with original packaging and tags.

By selecting to purchase from our e-commerce site, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.

Please contact customerservice@dauphinesofnewyork.com within 14 days of confirmed receipt of your item should exchange apply to your purchase, and adjustments will be implemented.

All emails will be answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping cost unless otherwise noted at time of sale.

 

UNIQUITIES IN GEMSTONES:

Please note all stones are natural; therefore, there will be slight variations in tone, size, and finish. Each stone is hand selected with great attention to detail. Prior to purchase, please specify should you wish to view images via email of the specific stones you have ordered. Direct requests to customerservice@dauphinesofnewyork.com

 

SHIPPING TIME:

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In select cases, usually when styles are made-to-order, additional time will be needed. In such cases, all orders will ship within 14 days from initial point of purchase.

If you order is urgent and time-sensitive, please notify customerservice@dauphinesofnewyork.com, and we will assure appropriate actions are implemented to guarantee you receive your order by a specified date.

 If you are purchasing for bridal or a specific time-sensitive event, we highly recommend noting this at time of purchase. 

 

BACK-ORDER:

Should an item of interest be on back-order, you will be notified immediately with details. Refunds are ONLY offered in the rare case that an item is on back-order. In such instance, please notify bonjour@dauphinesofnewyork.com within 3 days of back-order notification should you prefer refund in place of delayed delivery. We will immediately refund and cancel your order. 

 

WARRANTY OF REPAIR:

All items feature a lifetime warranty of repair, permitting availability of replacement components. In absence of components, a substitute may be offered. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure each customer receives personalized attention to area of concern. Please contact customerservice@dauphinesofnewyork.com. When contacting, please be sure to mention item/area of concern, date/location of purchase, your name and contact information. All emails will be answered within 24 hours of receipt. 

 

PRODUCT CARE:

We advise to treat your Dauphines of New York products with the highest level of care. All production is held to the highest levels of quality control and standards of excellence. For prolonged life-span of your Dauphines of New York accessory, we suggest storing in a safe place or drawstring pouch.
